To really get the results that you are after then I would recommend that you sleep properly. Getting six pack abs will only be possible if you sleep properly. The reality is that your body will require an incredible amount of rest in order for it to burn the fat that you need to burn. Believe me my friend it is in your interest to sleep as often as you can and as much as you possibly can.

Trust me my friend one of the best things that you will ever do for yourself will be to actually get out there and workout as hard as you can and then get as much rest as you can. If you can keep this up consistently then you will eventually get the six pack that you have dreamt of.
